Same Day Access

The Access Unit helps individuals start mental health or drug and alcohol treatment services, as well as, assists individuals in times of mental health crisis. Our Same Day Access (SDA) is the initial point of contact and is only available on certain days and times of the week.

What should you expect at SDA?

Agency services are explained. A thorough assessment is conducted. Any diagnosis and recommended services are explained. Admitted individuals leave with a service plan and follow-up appointments. Referrals to appropriate community resources are made if that better fits the individual’s needs. We serve those with or without insurance, regardless of ability to pay.
