Emergency Services

Emergency Services are available to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis in Goochland or Powhatan counties.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week – Call anytime:

Services provided may include:

• Crisis counseling and intervention
• Safety planning and linking to additional crisis services
• Information, triage, and/ or referral to GPCS Same Day Access or community providers
• Consultation and coordination with community members and providers
• Prescreening for psychiatric hospitalization, if needed
